Keys

If you have lost your home key, please fill out the form below. Using this form, you can also order additional keys, a key code, or contact us with any questions related to keys. All keys are collected from AYY office in Otaniemi. AYY will inform the tenant when the new key has arrived and is ready for collection.

Please report any theft to the police. If the keys can be traced back to your home, please contact both the maintenance company and AYY’s real estate team immediately to arrange for urgent rekeying.
