How to contact us
You can visit the service office during opening hours. We serve you using a queue number system.
On moving days (the first weekday of each month), we are open only for moving-related matters from 12 noon to 16.00.
Moving days for the spring term 2025 are 2 Jan, 3 Feb, 3 Mar, 1 Apr, 2 May, and 2 June.

Service office accessibility
AYY’s office is located at Otakaari 25. The office extends to two floors. The service office is located on the upper floor, but it is at street level when accessed from Otakaari. If you are arriving by taxi or ordering a taxi to our office, please ask the driver to drop you off at the Otakaari entrance.
Unfortunately, the front door of the office does not open automatically. If you need assistance, please press the doorbell located on the right side of the door or call us at 050 520 9400. The doors are locked outside of opening hours. A door ramp is available at the front entrance.
The customer service desk and meeting rooms upstairs are accessible, and there is an accessible restroom on the upper floor, with access from the lobby. Assistance dogs are welcome in our office.
